Metriqo Technologies Inc. ("Metriqo", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our device telemetry and analytics platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and billing information. This information is necessary to provide the Service and process payments.

2.2 Device Telemetry Data

When you use the Metriqo API to ingest telemetry, we receive and store the data you send, including device identifiers, metric names, metric values, and timestamps. This data is owned by you and processed on your behalf.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website or use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, and improve the Service.

2.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Service and store certain information. Cookies are small data files placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of the Service may not function properly.

Telemetry data is retained according to your plan's retention period (7 days for Starter, 90 days for Pro, or as agreed for Enterprise plans). After the retention period, telemetry data is automatically purged from our systems.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, and analytics. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: If Metriqo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, regular security audits, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
